So you can see, after i debated in my head to workout it took my untill today to hit rock bottom in the FAT world. My fience broke off our wedding in June 2010 and I gained another 20 lbs since then.
I will tell you what I eat and what I do to lose the wieght from now on, on this road to better health
Today my first day of the rest of my life
7am wake up and get the kids off to school
water and vitamins
8:30 Barre class this is am arobic ballet style class
20min 8 miles on the bike
20 min or 1 mile on the tread mill
9:30 Yoga Class
10:30 2 miles or 30 min on the tread mill
12 noon cardio class 45 min
1:00 sauna for 20 min
1:30 wet room steam room for 10 min
shower and home
Lunch chobani Greek yogurt
Fresh Strawberry's
